A single treatment can be wonderfully relaxing, but the best results are achieved with regular treatments. Having a treatment each week for a couple of weeks or so will help to kick start the benefits and after that a treatment once every 2-4 weeks works for most clients
A 60-90 minute session is required for your very first treatment to allow for consultation and treatment.

Deep tissue remedial massage utilises increased pressure and specific techniques to work more deeply and is ideal for people who prefer a stronger massage. It can be be particularly helpful for problem areas, especially those accumulated over time.

Deep Tissue Massage with Hot Stones

Stones are used to aid in the warming of the muscles and to deliver deeper pressure in a remedial deep tissue massage

Indian Head Massage
45 minutes • £40.00
Indian Head Massage concentrates on treating areas that are vulnerable to stress and tension such as the shoulders, upper back, upper arms, neck, face and head. This relaxing experience relieves muscle tension, restores inner balance and has shown to assist in reducing anxiety and stress. The Indian Head Massage will be given whilst you are lying down on the massage couch and fully clothed, oils will not be used on the hair unless requested.
